ABOUT THE ROLE
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for execution of the company’s social media operations. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Editor, Ecommerce Manager and Graphic Designers to build social media marketing deliverables from the ground up with the goal of creating brand awareness and driving increased customer engagement.
• Manage and educate operations concerning social media platform suite.
• Evolve product roadmap and scope requirements documentation.
• Provide monthly financial management reports to each department.
• Management & execution of all Social Media content.
• Manage data models around measurement of cost effective operations, and recommend areas of opportunity towards key audience profiles.
• Work with project members, vendors and cross organisational stakeholders.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• A passion for marketing and social media
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Posses a strong enthusiasm to unearth new ideas and social media innovations
• Previous experience working within a similar role and industry
