As a Supply Chain Customer Care Coordinator, you need to know how to:
Coordinate all department customer service activities, to include: requisition dispatching, equipment logging, daily prioritizing, vendor service management and assigning staff to ensure all tasks are completed in an effective and efficient manner that enhances customer service levels.
Coordinate monthly staffing schedule and audit time cards as needed prior to supervisory review.
Collect and maintain statistical information regarding material/equipment transport on a daily/ monthly basis.
Track supply usage patterns and make appropriate requests to keep stock levels optimal per usage based upon incoming nursing requisitions.
Make recommendations to nursing floors regarding supply needs to reduce inventory levels and contain costs.
We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
Associate’s Degree and/or continuing education for advancement
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service-related role, preferably in a healthcare supply chain environment
At least three (3) years of experience acting as a lead or in a supervisory-type position
Demonstrated knowledge of MMIS, Lawson, or other related inventory system
