You focus on improving client satisfaction by raising the quality of our teams and increasing their job knowledge. As the Supervisor of Enterprise Business Accounts Receivable, you excel at developing the skills of team members and working with leadership to manage and streamline workflow procedures. You drive team production by establishing, implementing and managing all department schedules and activities. You ensure that key point indicators are achieved through detailed monitoring and reporting to management.
You enhance the client experience by serving as a point of escalation for internal and external issues. You maximize the department by providing information on complex client billing and payment requirements. You have cultivated a keen ability for identifying roadblocks and overcoming obstacles to see projects completed on time and within budget. You thrive in an office environment guiding teams and traveling as needed to achieve company objectives. You report directly to the Senior Manager of Collections and Enterprise Business Planning for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
Encourage company-wide excellence by providing active and consistent support to all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience and attain revenue goals.
Achieve department goals by managing a staff of analysts that are assigned a group of accounts generating $1.1B annually.
Improve the performance of the accounts receivable process by meeting operational standards and contributing recommendations to strategic plans.
Accomplish human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining accounts receivable staff.
Maximize the department through the communication of job expectations, contributions, appraisals and compensation recommendations.
Ensure procedural accuracy and efficiency by approving all new process documentation for departmental workflows.
Increase client satisfaction by resolving executive-level escalations and collaborating with other departments to research client issues as needed including follow-up until a resolution is achieved.
Maintain efficient back-office processes by remaining current on technology developments and advancements that could impact overall performance.
Identify trends and make process improvement recommendations to management through a detailed collection, compilation and statistical analysis of data.
Protect the organization’s data and client’s data by ensuring that all information remains confidential.
Develop team knowledge by creating and delivering training programs for all new product and application launches.
Meet or exceed department production metrics by assigning individual team member workloads.
Perform additional duties related to this position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
Four or more years of client relationship management experience
Four or more years of commercial billing platform experience using ICOMS and CSG
Four or more years of accounts receivable experience
Four or more years of experience with Salesforce
Four or more years of project management experience
Four or more years of data analysis experience
One year of commercial billing platform experience using Custom Call and T3
Strong communicator with the ability to establish a rapport, define expectations and gain commitment to goals
Self-motivated that thrives working independently
Demonstrated good judgment, initiative and sense of urgency to accomplish job duties
Effective prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills with a diplomatic approach, confidence and comfort around peers and leadership
Detail-oriented and well versed in analyzing data and complex information with the ability to translate and communicate conclusions
Knowledge of sales and client relationship management (CRM) tools, billing systems and other related software
Track record of supervising and motivating others while making decisions and working collaboratively to resolve issues
Proven leadership skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization
How you will stand out from the crowd:
Six years of experience with cash management, analysis or accounts receivable
Advanced knowledge of sales tools, client relationship platforms (CRM) platforms, billing systems and other related software such as Salesforce, CSG, ICOMS, Custom Call and T3
Expert Microsoft Excel skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required)
