Description
• Develop ASEAN regional subscription business plans, strategies, and subscription program positioning.
• Drive consistency and implementation of key Subscription Sales initiatives.
• Develop Opportunity Pipelines and Forecast Management. Participant in planning, discovery, forecasting and management of ASEAN subscription business.
• Support the APAC/ASEAN leadership team in overall strategies and objectives.
• Identify and own “at risk” high value subscription opportunities. Take these opportunities to successful closure. Provide deal-specific primary and secondary sales support, i.e. deal creation, development, presentation, negotiation and closure.
• Leverage the channel to drive subscription sales. Provide the mentorship and training to partners to improve their capability on subscription business, collaborate with Partner Managers to drive the net add subscriptions.
• Lead nurturing and adoption programs in the region
• Support the development of core field-marketing programs such as sales tools, awareness campaigns and program development. Leverage marketing to reach out to the subscription customer base.
• Work directly with Company channel and industry sales teams to continually improve subscription sales effectiveness:
◦ Provide regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's)
◦ Create and implement sales strategies both at an organizational and end-customer deal level
◦ Educate on program changes, subscription promotions, and overall awareness
• Communicate and educate internal sales and channel teams in respect of subscription policies.
