Provides strategic support and guidance within the Strategy Advancement team, including working with program team members to understand impacts and dependencies of potential strategic work, measuring the effectiveness of solutions launched for epics, and identifying new Epics needed if business objectives and goals are not being met by initial epics. Will work on projects from a variety of levels (e.g., Epics, Features, Strategic Initiatives), so must be able to provide broad strategic advice as will as more tactical work assistance, pushing assignments over the finish line and keeping key metrics on track.
Key Responsibilities•Primary support for Strategy Advancement Leader•Managing key initiative metrics and keeping metrics aligned to targets•Provides program specific insights and experience to keep new operating model supporting legacy requirements (e.g., Pharmacy, Wellness)•Identifies potential new epics based on previous objectives not being met or being underachieved•Handles ad hoc requests related to Strategy and /or Portfolio related initiatives or epics
Collaboration:•Strategy Advancement Leader: Primary support and day-to-day contact•Senior Strategy Advancement Professional / Strategy Advancement Advisor: Provides specific epic/initiative support and overall program insights as required•Product Manger: Manages timeline expectations / goals in context of the overall program•Analytics/Research/Design Chapter: Partners with chapter team members to better understand current state or potential challenges associated with initiatives to help inform epics
Less than 5 years of technical experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
