PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Marketing Company President (MCP), responsible for all
aspects of storage transactions, truck, trailer and SRI rentals, sales, customer assistance, record-keeping,
collections, and security at Company storage centers. Effectively and economically manage storage rentals to
ensure occupancy is maximized and delinquency is maintained at or below the 5% standard. Ensure
storage area and rooms are clean, dry and secure at all times. Perform rental worthy inspection of Company
trucks, trailers, car-top carriers, tow bars, hitches, storage rooms and GRI. Ensure that all equipment
dispatched is "fit for intended use" and "customer ready" and that the customer returns the equipment in
the same condition (allowing for normal wear and tear). Open and close facility according to established
procedures. Maintain storage records, etc. on-line using available computerized systems at the storage
location. Comply with Company objectives, policies, programs and procedures. Delegate responsibility and
assign tasks daily. May hire, motivate, train, evaluate subordinate work performance, set work schedules,
and administer discipline up to and including termination. Note: Essential functions are not exhaustive and

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Must have previous supervisory experience, knowledge of storage procedures and be able to
perform the following:
1. Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle.
2. Effectively & economically manage storage rentals to maximize occupancy and maintain a delinquency rate at
or below the 5% standard.
3. Communicate effectively (written and verbally).
4. Comply with all Company policies, objectives, programs and procedures.
5. Ensure a safe, secure and clean storage environment.
6. Conduct inspections of equipment.
7. Transfer equipment from one location to another as needed.
8. Make final inspection of equipment, storage unit, etc. prior to renting to customers.
Reading & comprehension of manual & newsletters; managerial, time
management and organizational skills; interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally), instruct less
experienced personnel in performing activities; must have good computer skills
Position requires the ability to coordinate manual dexterity and normal mental and visual attention throughout normal flow of
work and duties involved.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, recurring
bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching or similar activities; lifting min. 50 lbs., assisted or unassisted
WORK ENVIRONMENT:The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g.
working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such
as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
Must be familiar with all storage laws applicable within the state of operation.
OTHER:Position requires a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record to operate vehicles with both types of
transmission (automatic or standard). Adhere to all local vehicular regulations while driving.
Position requires the ability to maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area and comply with all safety rules
and procedures. It is mandatory that all accidents and injuries be reported immediately to supervisor.
