Function Specific Activities: Shift Flexibility Required
Order parts and service via phone, fax, or internet.
Receive and shelve parts while checking for quality and quantity.
Generate purchase orders using Maximo software.
Keep track of maintenance parts using Maximo software.
Run reorder and inventory reports with Maximo software.
Monitor reports using SAP software (checking for blocked invoices and matching up goods received and invoice receipt.)
Communicate with Atlanta office to resolve invoice issues.
Keep First Aid boxes stocked.
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Comply with all Safety Policies and Procedures.
Comply with all Coca-Cola Quality System procedures.
Training of new associates.
Ability to understand, record, and communicate system problems and solutions.
Demonstrate good attendance.
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.
Move and lift material weighing 50 pounds to distances of 10 feet or more, floor to overhead.
Ability to squat and bend over at the waist.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in temperature extremes on a daily basis up to 12 hours.
Any other duties as assigned to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of products, processes and work environment.
Education- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Related Work Experience – at least 2 years related experience, preferred

Database and System Knowledge – The knowledge and skills required to access and collect data via Company-approved databases or the Internet. This includes the ability to complete electronic forms, produce accurate reports, conduct investigative research, explain data and communicate results. This includes maintaining current knowledge and keeping up with new releases.
Inventory Management – Optimize inventory levels using statistical models to design min/max/reorder levels. Knowledge of asset management procedures, policies and information used to optimize inventory levels and/or fill rates (e.g., balance inventory levels against inventory carrying costs.
Business Etiquette - Ability to communicate with others, via telephone or in person, in a professional and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport. This includes the ability to understand, be diplomatic and tactful, demonstrate appropriate behavior in social situations and maintain composure in negative circumstances in order to achieve results.
Requirements Planning – Ability to plan materials and service requirements in order to support ongoing business.
Resource Knowledge – Knowledge of internal and external tools and resources available to accomplish tasks and achieve results.
Knowledge Transfer – Ability to learn and train others on the use of Company-related or department-specific equipment and assets. This includes the ability to present information in a logical manner and check for understanding to ensure transfer of knowledge and skills.
Job Location and Work Conditions
Work is performed in all areas of a production facility. Work is of non-repetitive nature and requires exposures to temperature extremes, moderate noise levels, moving equipment, wetness, chemicals, ingredients, fumes, dust, and vibrations.
Work is performed on flexible shifts. Manufacturing facility subject to extreme heat and cold. Multi-shift operation.
