What You'll Do
The mission of the Global Staffing Team is to enable a seamless Professional Services customer experience by on-time staffing the right people, with the right skills, at the right location and at the right cost. Resource allocation at Company Customer Experience is fundamental to maximizing efficiency in managing and optimizing current staff utilization.
As a Global Staffer, you will be the trusted staffing advisor by:
overseeing consultant engineers’ capacity and utilisation rates,
Recommending best fit resource
Planning and estimating future needs
Being the link between, Sales, Project Management, Delivery Managers and Resource Managers.
Who You’ll Work With
You will work cross-functionally and across the organization, interfacing with other Global Staffing Team members, Delivery Managers and Resource Managers on daily basis. You will connect all the right parties to staff the right resources to enable strong service delivery kick-off. You will do this through strong focused collaboration.

Identify, advise and assign available resources for project delivery activities based on resource availability, utilization, technical skills and personal specifications
Maintain current information on resource skill sets, capacity, schedules and delivery restrictions to manage rapid identification and fulfilment of resources
Achieve a high degree of knowledge of field/ headquarters policies and procedures
Identify and modify resource needs with the project management based on scheduling and requirements
Collaborate with Management and Subject Matter Experts to identify future skill trends for hiring purposes
Provide input for staff development/ training
Single point of contact for all resourcing requirements
Monitor and escalate capacity shortage or access
Legal & process adherence and compliance
Enforce formal resourcing policies.
3 years’ experience in resource management preferred
Experience working cross functionally and cross regionally.
Key attributes and skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Ability and willingness to understand Company technologies on a high level.
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influence skills.
Analytical, critical thinking, organization and time management skills.
Fast learner and self-driven with ability to work independently with minimum to no supervision
Languages: perfect command of English (oral and written forms).
