As the Staff Accountant II within the U.S. Operations Accounting Group, you will support various aspects of our monthly and quarterly close processes for the Company business. The successful candidate will be eager to have an immediate impact while demonstrating a mindset of continuous improvement. This position has visibility and exposure to the Sales and Marketing Accounting Group, Fixed Asset Accounting Group, Company Finance, P2P, Treasury, Tax, Corporate Assistant Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.
Support various aspects of the monthly and quarterly close process, including intercompany transactions, prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations (including Bank Reconciliations) -- 50%
Participate and lead continuous process improvements, specifically around NetSuite process improvements along with control, and financial reporting improvement projects -- 20%
Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley control testing (self-assessment) -- 15%
Provide support in internal and external audit activities -- 5%
Provide NetSuite support to other users within the organization -- 5%

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
1-3 years accounting or other relevant experience
