The Global Fleet and Product team’s mission is to provide the vehicles and services that enable Company to delight customers with our last mile operations. This role on the GFP team is responsible for product managing technical service offerings with a focus on integrating the services both internally and externally. We are seeking someone with ability to work with internal and external technical teams, manage an internal team, influence and manage product requirements, and apply long-term vision to the way we design and integrate our products to delight our customers.
The person must be comfortable with a broad range of technical offerings, with core focus on third party products that push information to Company, existing and future vehicle types, and general focus on aggregating data for a variety of internal and external users.
5+ years of managing managers
10+ years experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Fleet, and Technical Product Management Leadership roles
Experience negotiating and contracting with 3rd party vendors
Ability to analyze significant amounts of data from disparate sources and turn that analysis into a recommendation
Experience leading new or start-up related projects where processes will need to be defined, implemented and iterated
Proficiency with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, or other data management systems
MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field
Operations Management/ Management/Fulfillment Center experience
Experience with supply chain and/or logistics
Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve efficiently
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment. You create order, without stifling progress and adaptation.
