The objective of the Sr Manager of Promotions is to lead the development of North America Omni Promotions Strategy to attract, engage, and retain customers across all channels.
The role will:
Analyze and extract insights from past / current promotions
Develop and manage the omnichannel promotional calendar and work with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize based on customer insight, business needs, competition and analytics
Create and refine actionable audience targets and set measurable customer KPIs
Develop / execute test plans and build promotions playbook based on learnings
Partner with Product Team to ensure tech stack delivers on personalized offer management
Responsible for promotions budget, ROI of promotional programs
Success will be defined by the creation of a data-driven, targeted promotions strategy/plan that drives engagement, retention, and delivers an increase in customer lifetime value
7-10 years of omnichannel marketing experience within fashion/apparel, consumer brand and/or marketing agency
Self-motivated, results-oriented, strategic and analytical
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Proven record of partnering cross functionally to drive topline growth
Proactively initiates changes to improve work processes and ability to work with ambiguity
Excellent presentation, organization & communication skills
BA/BS required, MBA preferred
