We are seeking an experienced operations and program leader for our internal ops support network and related programs. In this role you will help drive ops vision and execution and directly manage program managers who support a distributed ops network. You will partner with tech teams, finance, product management, and operations owners to drive alignment in processes across the ops network, solidify our program infrastructure, and improve operations integration with the business, tech, and product. You will own strategic ops programs and partner with ops to drive best-in-class KPI performance. You will partner with teams across Company Go to define problems and create solutions in a rapidly evolving environment. You will collaborate with our Knowledge Management and technical teams to deliver just-in-time training solutions. And you will collaborate with local leadership to enable an associate experience that attracts, develops and engages top associate talent.
You must be very comfortable defining, developing and using metrics to drive the vision and manage the business. You thrive in highly ambiguous environments. You have a demonstrated record of team building and execution in a high volume operational environment and can lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains. You have a proven track record of partnering with technology teams and leveraging automation to drive efficiencies in operational processes. You can influence effectively with and without authority, and are a skilled people manager.
Drive priorities including ops integration, lean process improvement and work standardization.
Drive continuous improvement in primary KPIs across ops network through quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
Create new operations process, and partner with ops leaders to drive alignment and compliance with processes across ops network
Responsible for providing strategic level/long-term planning
Collaborate with product, design, and tech owners to deliver and improve associate and management tools.
Communicate and maintain vision, Leadership Principles and culture with the team
Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives; works on strategic projects that have network-wide impact.
Written and verbal communication up to VP level.
6+ years of experience in support or field operations.
6+ years people management experience.
Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve real problems.
Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Proven ability to drive and manage multiple, competing priorities and projects with urgency in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required.
3+ years experience in program or product management strongly preferred.
Experience building effective program teams - demonstrated track record hiring and developing program management talent.
Exceptional leadership, analytical, managerial, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Strong written communication skills.
