Description
Retail Brand is the largest of Company’s the Creative Experience functions with over 600 team members world-wide. The team is responsible for delivering the consumer experience at retail across visual presentation, creative and communications, EKIN experience, service(s) and account marketing. The Planning and Program Management team helps develop new functional strategies, drives and evolves the seasonal gameplan and shapes and drives programs to help evolve the function to support Company’s strategic objectives.
The Global Retail Brand Strategy and Planning Sr. Manager helps define, shape and communicate the Global Retail Brand Team’s strategies and plans. The core responsibility is to develop storytelling tools and socialization plans to help influence and rally the organization to drive innovative thinking and reach new places. The role will involve heavy engagement with the Global Retail Brand Leadership Team and cross-functional and cross-geo partners.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the Strategy and Planning arm of the Retail Brand Planning and Program Management Organization
• Partner with Retail Brand Leadership Team to shape new strategies
• Develop storytelling tools and socialization plans to drive strategies (strong deck development and presentation capabilities are a must)
• Shape the shapeless – turning and idea into a story, program, resource plan (funds and people), stakeholders and measure of success
• Support key strategic milestones (SPKO, CSR, Gameplan, QBR, etc)
• Support the team to drive the plan, evolve the plan and keep the team on the tracks
• Navigate the matrix, understand the players, develop and foster relationships, be known for connecting the dots & collaboration and get it done
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Minimum 8 years relevant work experience
• Deep experience in creative strategy development, planning and program management
• Experience working in a retail marketing, brand marketing and or creative/design environment (agency or internal)
• Strong Keynote and written communication capabilities
• Experience navigating a complex organization like Company (preferably Company) is a definite plus
