We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Business Operations & Strategy to join the larger Business Operations team that supports Company’s advertising organization. You will be responsible for leading key initiatives relevant to our revenue growth. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure there is collaboration and transparency across projects. You will lead projects and own deliverables that push our business forward. This position will require a deep understanding of the digital advertising process across multiple teams, and the ability to interpret and diplomatically convey complex feedback to internal and external stakeholders. You will be working closely with sales and marketing teams to build out a strong operational infrastructure to support a rapidly growing team. In this new role, you will have the ability to define and implement new processes and procedures in order to increase the efficiency of the business. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate the development of the strategic roadmap with leadership and cross functional teams. Partner with external & internal stakeholders as the lead liaison for the Advertising team. Initial themes that we will scope for projects and deliverables include our GTM Strategy, Growth Acceleration, Market Visibility and Revenue Enablement
Act as the key owner of the project timeline, updates, deliverables and coordinated communication for strategic projects
Create, manage and maintain specific communications and cadence for OKRs, All Hands meetings, QBRs, team meetings, ongoing communications, etc.
Establish a structure and cadence of program and function reviews to increase visibility, drive alignment, and resolve blockers.
Lead the development of strategic communication across Advertising teams. Ensure we develop a consistent cadence and rhythm for team wide communications
Identify strategies and emerging trends in the audio space and work proactively to turn them into innovative programs for partners
Drive projects forward, anticipate needs, understand the risks and problem solve across teams
Efficiently multitask under pressure, while taking the unexpected in stride
Meet and manage campaign deadlines in a casual but effective manner
Create visually stunning and informative deliverables
Who you are:
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing from leading College or University
You have 7 + years of business operations experience in a global or US role at a media publisher or platform
You have experience interfacing with executive leadership, translating their needs to teams and vice versaYou are a creative thinker and clever wordsmith
You have effective but diplomatic communication skills
You are a talented multitasker, and organized to a fault
You are a proactive and savvy problem solver
You have the ability to thrive in a collaborative culture, embracing change and effectively implementing feedbackYou have great attention to detail and design
You have a deep understanding of Google Suite products, and exceptional Google Slides, Keynote, and/or Powerpoint skills
