As Sr Director – Program Management in GEHC CTO organization, you will be leading cost productivity across DT, along with application rationalization, simplification and modernization for entire portfolio of GEHC registered apps. The candidate will define the strategy and organize a multi skill team of employees and vendors to drive technology simplification and adoption to cloud.
You will engage leadership and partners in a matrixed structure to ensure GEHC applications are segmented and aligned to DT Strategy. This is a highly visible role with GEHC as well as other Company businesses.
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain a cost productivity funnel and orchestrate execution across the DT function
Maintain the process for evaluating value and impact of cost productivity initiatives
Create a strategy and deployment framework for DT teams to rationalize the applications tied to business strategy.
Make sure the necessary and desired attributes are created, captured and maintained in tools (like CMDB, LeanIX etc.) to enable pace layering of DT technology portfolio.
Be a change agent in the organization and empower teams to work in alignment with DT CTO imperatives.
Develop & deploy metrics for applications CMDB health.
Develop clear path for life cycle management, product management and roadmap for the applications in the portfolio. Have a clear line of sight and goals to achieve for strategic mix of cloud & co-lo apps.
Lead leadership reviews of the programs and manage CAP in the organization.
Lead and manage vendor contracts and budgets for programs and software used.
Institute rigor to be on scope, budget and schedule for all deliverables.
Have strong financial acumen and accountability.
Possess cross functional leadership to define and execute the vision and strategy.
Understand and institute ITIL structure
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology,
Engineering and Math) or equivalent
A minimum of 15 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across product lines.
Company Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completed

Must be willing to travel as needed up to 30%
Must be willing to work out of an office located in Waukesha, WI or Chicago, IL
