Talent Acquisition team has a direct working relationship across all business areas and provides consulting services related to sourcing, researching, marketing, recruiting, screening candidates, interview management and recommendations to meet business area hiring goals. The Talent Acquisition Team partners with HR Business Partners and business areas to develop and implement hiring goals and strategies.
The Senior Recruiter Consultant will manage searches that are difficult to fill and have unique skills sets in the market. This requires creativity in the development of the recruiting strategy. The role develops, directs, plans, and evaluates the external and internal recruitment activities to satisfy the organization's employee staffing requirements. The Senior Recruiter directs all steps of the recruiting function including the hiring strategy, sourcing approach and client relationship. Requires in depth knowledge and experience in client business area. They use industry benchmarking, best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve customer service.
The individual will work with internal clients and external resources to ensure that Talent Acquisition strategies, programs and tools provide a pipeline of qualified talent for Employee positions.
Develops and leads Staffing Strategy, working closely with hiring manager and sourcer to build staffing strategy that includes sourcing and diversity component
Identifies recruiting and labor market trends in which the recruiter recruits
Interprets analytics and makes recommendations on strategy and/or efficiencies
Provides strategic input to business area on staffing strategy
Executes full cycle recruiting activities including:
Develops search strategies
Prescreens and interviews candidates
Develops and presents qualified candidates to internal hiring managers
Completes Intake Sessions to obtain position history, understanding of the department, position requirements, relocation information, sourcing contacts, diversity goals, competitor information, and compensation
Posts assigned requisition in Talent Connection and ensure job postings are clear, well written and compelling
Creates and discusses Interview Guide and determine if new guide is needed
Conducts pre-screen and behavioral interview
Identifies, submit and present strongest candidates to hiring manager (quality, skills and fit)
Fills requisitions (manage and improve days to fill)
Completes Salary Analysis and secures required approvals (Client Partnership, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Hiring Manager)
Extends and negotiates job offers; provides overview of benefits, and orders background
Requests completed Interview Guides to ensure we are compliant
Leads client initiated projects (outcome of staffing strategy or business change)
Leads Talent Acquisition initiatives
Bachelor’s degree; PHR/SPHR preferred
3-5 years of recruiting experience. Technology recruitment preferred.
Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently with clients at all levels across the enterprise
Professional with strong organizational and communication skills
Broad knowledge of business, HR and industry best practices
Intermediate Project Management skills
Advanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organize
Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external partners
Creative thinking and problem solving
