Our Talent Products team works closely with all areas of the Talent team to provide analytics, compliance adherence, process insights, project management and talent programs to our employee population. We are looking for a Sr. Associate, Talent Analytics & Compliance to lead our Talent data reporting responsibilities globally and help manage ongoing Talent governance and policy efficiency.
Assist with people metrics reporting and creation of dashboards and KPIs for internal stakeholders, identifying and investigating key trends and telling the story behind people data.
Proactively identify people issues and areas of opportunity and utilize tools (Excel, Workday, etc.) and analysis to investigate issues and provide recommendations.
Gather data from internal sources (Workday, etc.) & external (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.) to develop exhibits based on collected and calculated data.
Ad hoc data analysis & reporting for Talent programs and projects.
Build, develop & design dashboards and data presentations to support Talent Metrics & KPIs.
Audit talent data and processes on a regular basis for timeliness and completion including onboarding documents (I-9s, immigration/visa documents, federal/state/local regulatory requirements), global employee handbooks and policy acknowledgements.
Partner with Talent team, managers and other internal stakeholders to drive completion of compliance projects.
Manage company-wide compliance training process, including administration of compliance and safety training, reporting, auditing, and vendor relationship management.
Manage labor poster process, including ordering of new posters and auditing of all locations.
Complete regulatory reporting requirements.
Additional Talent Responsibilities
Assist with additional Talent reporting responsibilities including salary and compensation surveys.
Identify training needs across corporate populations and assist with identification of company-wide training programs: establish KPIs and measurement tools for training success.
Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in quantitative or related field such as statistics, econometrics, data analytics, business analytics, engineering, economics, human resources
2+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge in the areas of HR analytics, reporting and compliance
Advanced knowledge of Excel required
Experience with Workday Reporting a plus
Proven understanding of predictive analytics and other business-related data analysis strategies
Demonstrates strong abilities interacting with end-users to understand and document business and functional requirements, data sources, and conceptual data models for complex projects
Self-directed, independent thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen
