Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Conducting thorough research by finding and mining multiple market, economic, financial, and demographic sources and synthesizing and reconciling information
Working with manager to create meaningful analysis that is accurate, appropriate, and actionable for our internal clients
Helping develop recommendations, sometimes intended for senior management, based on internal and external research, while demonstrating insight, creativity, and neutrality
Collaborating with multiple departments, including sales, product development, enterprise underwriting, actuarial, marketing, claim, etc.
Balancing multiple projects while working with manager to help prioritize deliverables
Providing professional-level customer service to internal clients
Producing clear, concise write-ups and/or presentations of findings

Enterprise Market Research (EMR) provides internal clients with objective, credible insights to help profitably grow the business, build the brand and positively position Company in the marketplace.
This position will report to the Director, Enterprise Market Research and will interact broadly with the entire EMR team as well as internal business unit clients.
Under moderate supervision, conducts secondary research, provides preliminary project insights & recommendations and prepares project deliverables. Position does not manage others.
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, mathematics, marketing, or comparable analytical degree preferred.
