Senior Administrative Assistant
As an important member of the Service and Support Group team, you will provide advanced administrative support to several Vice Presidents and their teams.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
A bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or, secretarial certificate/related work experience.
Must have 5-8 years of administrative assistance experience and the ability to interact with all levels of employees
Company experience is strongly preferred
Polished administrative assistant with professional maturity and previous corporate environment experience preferred.
Ability to effectively interact with senior level management and maintain a high level of confidentiality required.
The Purpose of Your Role
The administrative staff at Company plays a vital role in the company's success, and those individuals serving in these positions are recognized by their colleagues as key members of their group, department, or organizational team. You will deal directly with and provide support to management at all levels of the company and frequently deal directly with customers and business partners as well. Your excellent communications skills will be constantly put to the test, as will your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously as you serve as a focal point of a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
The Skills You Bring
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Creates quality presentations, reports and current data and information for the business
Creation of reports and high quality presentations utilizing Excel and PowerPoint
Must be extremely detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement is critical.
Must be flexible enough to work overtime if needed.
The Value You Deliver
Extensive calendar management for the designated leaders
Scheduling, preparation for and administration of meetings including coordination of meeting facilities, distribution of meeting materials, archival of meeting materials and distribution of minutes.
Scheduling preparation and coordination of company-wide events
Domestic travel planning
Coordination of vendor and supplier meetings and reviews
Provides back up coverage for other administrative staff within division
Management of meeting room calendars, group’s space allocation and group’s supplies
Other ad hoc duties as required
