The IT Business Unit Lead Analyst is responsible for liaising between Chief Technology Office (CTO) managers, Citi Procurement, Citi Staffing Office, and third party vendors to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the CTO Finance and Workforce Management team. The overall objective of this role is to drive continuous improvement in the execution and governance of CTO’s Statements of Work (SOWs) to deliver efficiencies, drive business planning, and mitigate risks.
Creation of timeline and tasks (plan) to ensure all stake holders are in sync with deadlines and progress from initiation to execution of the Statements of Work (SOWs)
Provide input during development phases of an SOW to share best practices for achieving the desired outcomes most efficiently
Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, related to Financials and Workforce Management
Maintain an updated record of all current and in-process SOWs and provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic decisions
Consult with CTO Business Management teams to identify opportunities to partner and meet organizational objectives
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
6-10 years of experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
