The Channel Development Lead defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Channel Development Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
SeniorBridge, Company’s home care subsidiary, is hiring for a Business Development Lead. You will be responsible for driving SeniorBridge’s business to business channel development strategy and efforts. Through your expertise and work, your efforts will enable SeniorBridge to diversify and sell services to other businesses such as insurance companies, hospitals, and employers.

SeniorBridge is seeking an accomplished business development professional to join our organization in the role of Business Development Lead. SeniorBridge is Company’s wholly owned subsidiary business providing concierge care management, private duty nursing, and personal care assistance services to seniors. SeniorBridge serves Company members through a new benefit on select Company Medicare Advantage Plans, and non-Company consumers through its private pay offering. We are now poised to diversify our customer base to other businesses, and need to establish our business to business (B2B) channel.
This position will help identify potential B2B clients, describing, and monitoring how SeniorBridge operations, sales, and other supporting stakeholder groups such as finance and legal support our expansion into supporting B2B customers. This role will be instrumental in understanding the needs associated with a B2B channel, and navigating our processes and procedures to support it.
This position requires the ability to excite and influence potential customers and teams across the company; organize business processes to realize financially meaningful business opportunities; manage multiple projects from concept to completion; and support connections between SeniorBridge and other parts of Company.
You Will Be Responsible For
•Develop and support strategies to sell SeniorBridge services to businesses, insurance companies, or hospitals.
•Identify methods to engage and reach target businesses
•Develop and support processes required to develop, open, and maintain business to business relationships.
•Align and work with supporting groups and stakeholders within Company to develop tools and templates, conduct reviews, and get necessary approvals for successful business relationships.
•Build repeatable processes to quickly support dynamic opportunities to prevent missed opportunities.
•Collaborating closely with branch management, clinical staff, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure effective strategic plans for Senior Bridge.
•Be a team-builder and team-player across all of SeniorBridge while maximizing the potential and contribution of the resources around you.
•Be viewed as a succession candidate for future leadership positions within SeniorBridge and Company.
•Representing Company to external stakeholders
•Create executive reporting and lead/support business partner relationship deliverables
•Work with external partners to identify, execute, and manage business development or enhancement activities
•You will report to the National Sales and Growth Director of SeniorBridge.
•Record of success developing processes supporting sales and relationships between businesses
•Ability to identify key competitors and potential customers as well as determine positioning of your company’s capabilities to compete and win new business.
•Financial and strategic analysis capabilities to inform decision makers of all levels
•The vision to anticipate business opportunities and position a company to win
•Project management experience
•Exceptional oral and written communications skills
•The polish, poise, and executive presence that will ensure effective interaction with senior and executive level audiences
Excellent collaboration skills with other SeniorBridge business leaders, peers, partners, and other stakeholders
•Expertise in developing and successfully activating strategy
Nice to Have
•Experience selling or leading home care/consumer service offering sales organizations
•Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration
•Prior experience within a Fortune 500 company
