Under minimum supervision, demonstrates thorough understanding of each lockbox processing function. Partners closely with Transmissions to achieve service level agreements (SLA’s). Facilitates the movement of mail, checks, and documents within lockbox efficiently. Distributes work according to client deadlines. Assists supervisor in acting as a point person for day to day processing issues and complex clerical questions. Accelerates the receipt and processing of client remittance data and checks in line with standard department procedures. Prepares information for clients and service partners according to specified procedures and instructions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assists associates in complex lockbox processing functions. Works independently within scope of job function. Distributes work to set clerks, item processors, transports, and data entry clerks. Responsible for the timely delivery of work to various functions in lockbox. Acts as a functional team member supporting production needs. Receives, sorts, prepares and processes complex remittances and invoice data in line with customer established procedures, standard banking policy and customer deadlines. Reassociates invoices and document photocopies. Packaging and mailing of remittances, reports, mail sort, etc. Follows established corporate and department policies and procedures.
MARGINAL OR PERIPHERAL FUNCTIONS
Acts as support for other production functions. Processes complex accounts and accounts under client care. Other duties as assigned.
Requires the ability to read and follow instructions. Eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity and the ability to operate general office equipment. Excellent 10 Company skill with PC/keyboard experience. Flexible, able to work additional hours as needed. Ability to stand and/or walk for a eight hour shift.
Two to three years lockbox production or utility experience. Works in a high production, deadline oriented environment. Subject matter expert in utility and/or production functions.

PC- RemitTrac - Fax – Phone - General office equipment – mail carts – tubs – automated check extraction equipment . May be required to use check and document imaging equipment, or any other equipment in Lockbox.
Lockbox training curriculum as assigned. RemitTrac. My Learning Center classes as assigned. On the job training as necessary.
