Serco is looking for experienced individual to join our WFM Software Application Team. As a WFM Software Application Lead, you will be responsible for working with business leaders on the management and day to day tasks of implementing the software solution including requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live. You must demonstrate strong stakeholder management and leadership skills while executing the WFM Product across multiple contracts within our organization.

Act as a Senior member of the WFM implementation team during the end to end implementation of the WFM software tool including facilitating and documenting business requirements, managing and configuring WFM Application, writing and executing test cases, and providing product support services.
Demonstrating outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills that enable positive collaboration across a diverse team including team members from within North America and around the globe.
Ensure optimum benefits are delivered in line with the business goals and strategic plans for WFM.
Establish and maintain effective relationships within the WFM Function, Business Unit Operations and supporting functions.
Perform project management related activities such as planning, scheduling, managing risks and appropriate governance is in place utilizing MS project.
Leads continuous improvement activities associated with the software development lifecycle – including processes, procedures, and templates.
Provide SME Expertise Lead for Post Implementation Hyper-Care and assist in periodic system training events.
Communicate effectively across a wide degree of corporate and business functions at all levels with ease.
Bachelors Degree in IT/Business or similar field
8+ years of related experience
Strong technical and analytical skills
Knowledge of SQL
Ability to write SQL Insert/Update scripts a plus
Knowledge of Relational Databases, concepts and operation
Experience Configuring/Managing Applications
Strong documentation skills
Experience working independently without daily supervision
Ability to multitask between different projects and clients
Experience with WFM systems a plus
Experience with HRMS/HRIS or FIN/Scheduling systems a plus
Familiar with HCM/WFM solution concepts such as Time & Attendance, Employee Scheduling a plus
