The Senior Service Delivery Manager will work closely with partners on CIO App/Dev teams as well as Production Support Managers and Portfolio Managers on TI teams to ensure that all projects and large bodies of work delivered will be fully vetted to ensure that Production Support teams have all requirements in place to be able to support the new infrastructure/code. These teams would include Event Incident Management, Level 2 Incident Management, Level 3 Application Support, Change Execution Management, and CFPT SWAT teams.
Responsible for leading team of production readiness leads who are assigned to each channel within Customer Facing Platform Technology. These include:
Digital Sales and Servicing
Contact Centers and Voice Technology
Minimum 8- 10 yrs experience within technology organization
Prior experience in successfully managing teams within production support/services
Expertise in production support/services for at least one or more of the channels listed prior
Excellent communication skills and proven success in escalations
Strong knowledge of release management activities from production support and/or program management perspectives

Ability to assess processes within team that need to be updated/enhanced
Extremely strong interrelation skills to be able to effectively lead strong group of individual contributors supporting different channels
