Senior Management Information Systems Analyst
Management information system analyst will contribute to our analytics team designed to push industry boundaries while enabling Company to deliver the most innovative approach to lending. The ideal candidate's skills are a hybrid combing systems proficiency with business acumen having competence in new data sources, computer science, and analytics. He or she will combine these skills to create strategies designed to optimize performance, spend, drive growth, and increase profitability; creating best-in-class frameworks based upon various systems analyses in support of, and participation in, analytics research.

A successful candidate will come up with new answers to old questions, develop insights, and push the traditional boundaries of the lending industry.
Develop data and infrastructure strategies for analytics systems (i.e. SAS, SQL, MIcrostrategy, Python, and Open Source tools such as R) data query tools supporting our ability to build, test, evaluate, and maintain robust data analysis and reporting for management to make timely, informed decisions.
Partner with analytics and business leaders to understand MIS needs
Provide strategic recommendations based on observations of indicators and trends
Support production and reporting; develop efficiencies and automation to remove manual work effort and maximize team resources
Bachelor’s degree in a related area such as computer science, engineering, finance required
Master’s degree strongly preferred
2+ years of MIS and reporting experience
Finance industry experience strongly preferred
Experience with large datasets and complex data management needs
