We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, who will design, manage and deliver large cross team projects in a dynamic high growth space. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver on critical programs that help customers discover and engage with content. As a senior leader, you will have an opportunity to solve the most difficult problems, while partnering across multiple organizations to deliver results.
The desire to work in a creative, changing and data driven environment with a high performance team in a fast-moving sector is essential. Drive program objectives – provide program management and define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.
Scale services and tools – design processes and procedures that scale with the business’ growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion.
Define key performance indicators – develop metrics for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives.
Communicate new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, and cross functional organizations.
Work with the learning and development teams and senior business leaders to drive engagement with Company learning programs and Leadership Principles.
Work is strategic. Manages significantly complex and important initiatives that resolve critical and/or endemic challenges.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
5+ years of experience in program or project management
5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Proven track record of delivery of complex projects that span multiple teams
Ability to scale from program leader to dive deep owner of a functional area
Outstanding communication skills from business impact to technical details
Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
Ability to anticipate risk and provide risk mitigation plans
Familiarity with project tracking and project management tools
