Company’s Deep Learning Institute (DLI) is looking for a dynamic product marketing manager to join our global team. We are a group of individuals committed to Company’s success and growing our community of developers and other stakeholders by helping them learn how to better the world through the power of technology and artificial intelligence. We operate like a startup, but with the support and encouragement of a much larger organization.
Since its inception, DLI has trained more than 200,000 developers, data scientists and researchers worldwide on the tools and technology of GPU-accelerated computing. We are looking to grow that number exponentially as artificial intelligence, data science and high performance computing become central to technological innovation. You will have the opportunity to help advance development in some of the world’s most important and exciting AI applications, including Robotics, Autonomous Vehicles and Healthcare. We deliver our programs through a mix of instructor-led on-site workshops and online digital offerings.
What you’ll be doing:
MARKETING: Drive the execution of our marketing strategy working with our campaign managers, partner marketing, and leaders across our company. Implement programs that consistently generate high quality leads. Manage marketing spend. Lead go-to-market planning for new DLI offerings globally, including coordination across the training content team, instructor certification team, delivery team, and our sales and partner ecosystem.
CUSTOMER CONTACT EXPERIENCE: Promote a positive DLI brand and ensure an excellent user experience by making sure the DLI home page, product pages and online catalog of courses at Company website are engaging, clear and compelling. Ensure processes for customer inquiry and feedback are straightforward and effective. Share feedback with the content team (for product improvements) and the instructor/delivery team (for process/experience improvements, including improvement of the instructor certification process).
CONTENT CREATION: Build marketing collateral to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase for DLI training services. Regularly evaluate effectiveness of marketing assets and improve them accordingly. Assets include course datasheets, customer success stories/quotes, awareness videos, product demo videos, industry brochures, and blogs. Assist with creation of assets for presentations, product announcements, response to media inquiries, press releases, etc. Success will be dependent on ability to collaborate with other groups, including in-house creative agency, campaign managers, event management, and partner marketing.
You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of product management and marketing activities and in doing so you will have help, encouragement and expertise from one of the most admired marketing teams in Silicon Valley.
