We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist that can develop creative, strategic marketing plans focused on driving awareness, customer acquisition and retention.
This role supports our Creative Projects division, supporting the marketing of new concepts, pop-up shops & innovative retail experiences.
A day in the life...
Actively participate in the creation and development of creative marketing strategies focused on the customer journey Identifying and prioritizing stakeholder priorities, determining target audiences & developing integrated marketing plans across paid, owned and earned marketing channels
Building & managing key partnerships internally across the marketing, digital merchandising and buying organizations along with external vendor relationships Analyzing marketing performance by reviewing performance across online and offline marketing channels and making strategic recommendations to increase marketing performance
Continuously strengthening marketing knowledge and staying engaged in the fashion industry and up-to-date on trends
You own this if you have…
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
4+ years of professional experience including a proven track-record of developing strategic marketing plans to drive better customer outcomes
Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm, ideate, and ultimately execute new and innovative approaches to marketing.
Solid understanding of marketing analytics, including digital KPIs, such as impressions, CTR, ROAS, etc.
Proficient in analyzing marketing data to develop marketing optimization recommendations including use of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, etc.) and other business intelligence tools, like Company website track-record of developing internal and external partnerships to reach strategic goals. This includes intaking stakeholder priorities and synthesizing complex marketing concepts into digestible communication/presentations for review
Action and solutions oriented.
Ability to work independently with cross-functional partners to develop and execute marketing strategies
Highly collaborative, results driven and ability to manage competing deadlines
Strong attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Office Suite
