The Senior Manager, Physical Security Launch and Support is a key member of the Americas Loss Prevention Team and reports to Director of Loss Prevention. The Senior Program Manager supervises the compliance of physical security standards and projects. This person also serves on cross functional teams and is considered one of the Subject Matter Experts in all facets of Physical Security and infrastructure design and maintenance. This position will be a key contributor to new projects, initiatives and launches.
The Security Program Manager will coordinate the planning, designing, and commissioning of security installations throughout AMER. This will include partnering with approved design firms to create the project plan, finalize system designs, and select the best security vendor to complete the project. Knowledge and application of Company Global Security Operations standards and policies will be key for success in this role. While projects will be managed at the ground level by other Company resources, this position will be responsible for establishing benchmarks and ensuring field teams are on track for completion of security projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing technical leadership for large-scale security engineering projects; and coordinate security system design specifications and change management between internal teams and external vendors.
Securing the compliance of physical security project standards, project Scopes of Work and budgets and timelines.
Designing, developing, and implementing solutions for system installations, upgrades, repairs and change outs.
Supporting security system equipment commissioning and final testing and acceptance, when needed.
Building and deploying training programs for all users of the physical security systems.
Prioritizing tasks effectively and working seamlessly across organizational boundaries.
Troubleshooting issues affecting the security of Company’s security system resources
Implementing mechanisms which track and report metrics related to key areas such as the level and quality of customer service provided, access control and theft prevention effectiveness, and the protection of our FC’s data, employees and visitors.
Ability to travel 40% of the time
A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years Company experience
4+ years experience directly managing others, including remote employees
Experience collaborating directly with construction project managers, adapting to changing priorities
Experience in managing the operation and installation of global physical security systems
Experience as a Physical Security Project Manager for installations
Experience with the Security Integrator Industry
Experience with AutoCAD software
Experience in all Microsoft products with an emphasis on Excel
Master’s degree in Security-related field
PMP, CPP, PSP, or CISSP Certifications
Certification in either S2, Lenel OnGuard Access Control Systems or other alarm management systems.
