This position is responsible for managing, leading and developing the team of marketing professionals to ensure successful project execution of the marketing strategy and plan for assigned product lines or segments. The role supports the marketing function to include business planning, new product development, segmentation, positioning, value propositions, promotion plans and results reporting.
Manage marketing strategy, develop detailed execution plans and oversee plan execution.
Manage marketing support processes, brand operations/creative review processes, production design, print process and inventory.
Develop processes to leverage marketing, content management and digital asset management systems to meeting marketing objectives and gain efficiencies.
Collaborate and consult with Senior Managers and other key customers to determine external resource needs and refine tactics to meet business and marketing goals.
Manage marketing program budget and project resources according to plan.
Participate in customer and competitive research and analysis projects, applying insight to marketing strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
Seven or more years of relevant experience in marketing with emphasis on development of marketing strategies and multi-channel marketing management.
Previous leadership experience.
Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, manage and execute strategic marketing plans and budgets.
Demonstrated experience collecting data, creating action plans and implement process changes.
Demonstrated experience in planning, managing and directing employees and/or external vendors.
Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal, relationship building, customer service skills.
Ability to travel up to 10% for the incumbent in this position on Sales & Marketing team.
