POSITION SUMMARY:The primary responsibility of the Sr. Manager – Managed Programs is to manage all aspects of contract fulfillment as they relate to their assigned contracts. This position is critical to ensuring VF Imagewear provides superior service according to the contract and is instrumental in maintaining current contracts as well as contract renewals and new contracts. The Sr. Manager determines new business implementation, initiates cost containment and oversees the profitability of all contracts. This position serves
as the liaison between the customer and VF Imagewear. This includes providing problem resolution, customer satisfaction, accounts receivable support and sales and inventory management. Establish control-related standards and procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manages quality of service provided to contract customers. Works with quality, distribution, customer service, planning, etc. on all relevant issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Assists the IS team to prioritize their support efforts. •Manages contract profitability through cost containment, forecasts and reporting. •Determines new business implementation. Captures and understands the business requirements for new contracts to determine order entry system needed and how customer service will be structured. •Manages direct reports. Provides general guidance in sales, gross profit, excess inventory, AR current %, back-orders and on time shipping to ensure VF and customer’s goals are met. JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, TRAVEL:•Years of Related Professional Experience : 10•3 years of managerial experience•Bachelor's degree preferred. •Demonstrated ability to successfully manage people and customers in a constantly changing environment •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Strong negotiation skills •Strong, effective face to face sales customer presentations •Strong business acumen including strong understanding of product costs and effective cost center management •Proven ability to build strong relationships with corporate and/or governmental customers •Excellent problem solving capabilities using creative solutions •Strong organizational skills to manage and control several high profile projects simultaneously •Travel required - 25%
