Position: Senior HR Service Delivery Analyst, Company Inc.
Job Location: 16535 Via Esprillo, San Diego, CA 92128
Duties: Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates and dashboards for HR Management for all countries where the company has operations in Americas. Monitor the quality of data received and make sure that it is kept up to date and accurate at all time. Audit the organizational structure in Workday for Americas (supervisory organization, positions, cost centers, business units) and its alignment with the definitions of headcount Budget, reporting the deviations to HR management and Local HR for further treatment. Manage more complex Workday related actions e.g. mass uploads of bonuses, salaries, supervisory org changes, transfers, etc. Supporting the Tier 1 Data Management on an ongoing basis with more complex query resolution and management of the data e.g. reporting requirements, additional navigational training when system changes. Act as a point of escalation for Tier 1 HR data Management Advisors in Americas. Collaborate with local payroll and benefits to resolve employee/ process level issues and cases, including coordination with vendor for changes in integrations and testing files. Provides analysis of the knowledge base site and identifies areas of improvement in order to build effectiveness. Responsible for analyzing the Service Delivery processes through reporting, case review, research and resolution in order to continue to improve the team in support of the end users. Identifying opportunities to improve knowledge base / Tier I processes. Responsible for HR Operations business process documentation. Responsible for managing projects that are complex, cross-functional and/or cross-company. Liaison with internal/external project managers to ensure deliverables are well documented, on time, on budget and meet the success criteria defined in project charters. Work closely with Tier 1 Support Team across other Sony sister companies and affiliates.
Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum experience required: 5 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Information Systems.
Skills required: Advanced knowledge of HR information systems and processes, such as SAP and Workday. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Visio). Knowledge of systems infrastructure and experience resolving system inefficiencies and proposing changes. Experience in data management and analysis in HR, in a multi-cultural and multi-country environment. Experience in HR analytics and reporting, handling information that is used for management decisions, headquarter reporting and financial planning. Demonstrated proficiency at managing diverse stakeholders and understanding their needs. Experience communicating directly with executives, such as vice president level and heads of HR. Experience handling sensitive and confidential information according to business standards for professionalism and integrity. Ability to drive continuous process improvement by employing good business sense, problem solving and analytical skills. Experience communicating directly in writing and verbally with stakeholders in the Americas, including Latin America.
