What You Will Do
As the Global Mountain Lifestyle and Urban Experience Brand Director your main responsibility will be to lead our brand marketing strategy for our Mountain Lifestyle business. This role reports to the Global VP of Marketing and is part of the senior marketing management team.
How You Will Make A Difference
You will make a difference through:
Working with your cross functional brand and business partner to establish a clear brand strategy across all different part of our lifestyle business.
Lead our collaboration strategy and launches.
Deliver best in class seasonal brand campaigns, celebrating the innovation DNA of our brand, its rich outdoor heritage and authentic connection with our world of exploration.
Manage, lead and coach our regional brand teams.
Developing and implementing digital media strategies with brand management and external media agencies to connect with customers
Keeping senior management informed on best practices in digital media space
Determine the most efficient and effective marketing activities to optimize media efforts
What You Bring
BA or BS degree in brand management & marketing, 10+ years minimum relevant brand experiences and 6+ years in management including leading a team.
Deep consumer culture experience.
Strong brand marketing experiences leading fully integrated brand campaign.
A strong track record of establishing best in class consumer experiences, product launches, collaboration and break through consumer activations.
Experience in leading virtual teams.
Experience in managing a diverse and creative group of individuals and leading change based on purpose and values
Demonstrated ability to work with and inspire a broad range of individuals to work towards a common goal.
International experience preferred.
Strategic leader with the proven ability to recruit, retain, motivate and develop team. Strong understanding of footwear & apparel marketing across gender.
