In this role, you will provide financial leadership to WW Operations HR, a dynamic, global organization that supports the hiring, development and retention of one of the largest workforces world-wide. The WW Operations HR organization includes a broad range of functional expertise, from recruiters and HR Business Partners to software development engineers, data scientists and research scientists who are responsible for the technology platforms and people science that make Company Ops HR one of the most innovative HR teams in the world.
The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Be a trusted advisor to Worldwide Operations HR. Drive improvements in financial results via insightful, actionable analysis.
Provide financial leadership and analytical support during the strategic and financial planning cycles.
Partner with HR to analyze program effectiveness and return on spending.
Provide financial controllership by leading monthly reviews of key financial metrics, variances and business drivers with the WW Ops HR leadership team.
Be a thought leader to improve and simplify processes and analytics, as well as to drive global standardization.
BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years relevant experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results
MBA and/ or Professional certification (CPA/CMA/Qualified Accounting certificate) + relevant experience
Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with the ability to communicate those analyses
Highly analytical, detail oriented with a strong business sense; ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
Manage and prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, growing and ambiguous environment
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, Tableau, Cognos) and other financial systems
Career progression and willingness to relocate to for advancement opportunities
Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results
3+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in Excel
