We’re looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join Company! You will play a key leadership role in our daily regional operations as we continue to grow. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll lead our Facilities team, as well as work closely with the Operations and Workplace Services team to ensure that things run smoothly. You’ll oversee the procurement of facility services and supplies, daily onsite repairs and maintenance, and post-occupancy improvements.
What you’ll do:
• Manage the local on-site facilities and building maintenance teams
• Oversee the development and execution of preventative maintenance schedules and building risk assessments
• Lead RFPs for regional services such as janitorial, office supplies, and moving
• Oversee all details associated with office expansions including furniture procurement, moves, adds, and changes as needed
• Ensure all building systems are performing to their intended function at maximum efficiency
• Build department policies and procedures that comply with OSHA standards
What we’re looking for:
• 10+ years of facilities management experience in a campus environment (building systems, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems operation)
• Ability to work well in fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing and leading teams, and a strong ability to coach and develop others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
• Foresight into the needs of others, and strong initiative to begin projects where necessary without direction
• Ability to handle extremely sensitive information with utmost discretion
• Proven ability to maintain and execute against a comprehensive schedule of needs and priorities
• Someone who can work effectively on large-scale projects while simultaneously tending to often minute details and tasks
