**Role Value Proposition:**
This full-time position is responsible for providing executive administrative support to the President of U.S. Business. This position requires attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in an environment that requires frequent change. This individual must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. The individual is expected to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of discretion and professionalism.
+ Effectively manage Microsoft Outlook calendar, inbox, and address books.
+ Schedule and coordinate meetings / conference calls; prepare related materials / correspondence; arrange and coordinate complex travel itineraries.
+ Demonstrate judgement in prioritizing meetings and managing calendar effectively by gaining knowledge on business priorities.
+ Process expense reports and vendor invoices for reimbursement/payments and reconciliation.
+ Interface with senior leaders, executive assistants of senior leaders, at all levels of the organization, both within and outside the company.
+ Coordinate various on-site and off-site meetings and engage with Conference & Event Planning.
+ Assist in the preparation and/or coordination of memoranda, presentations, reports and spreadsheets by preparing and editing text, slides and other materials.
**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**
+ 5+ years of related experience.
+ Highly proficient with PC equipment, and software programs, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and OneDrive).
+ Extremely organized and detail oriented.
+ High energy and ability to exercise great judgement.
+ Highly professional in presence, interpersonal skills, and communication (oral and written).
+ Bachelors degree.
