On the Creative Team, we transform spiritual and consumer insights into compelling product and solutions that help consumers live out their faith.
The duties of the Senior Designer position are to:
1. Concept and design compelling products that meet consumer needs (ex. journals, bags, stationery notes, greeting cards, etc.) ensuring product value meets product line strategies and technical/manufacturing requirements.
2. Develop, grow, and perpetuate a strong knowledge of trends in the social expression industry, provide context that influences product direction.
3. Develop and maintain expert knowledge in hardware and software related to the design function.
4. Design innovative and complex solutions
5. Other reasonably related duties as assigned

5 years of graphic design experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Majored in Graphic Design or Art
Experience in social expressions
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of and enthusiasm for the DaySpring mission
Strong design aesthetic
Excellent communication skills
Ability to give and receive feedback
Project and time management skills
Crtitical thinking skills
Design emphasis in print and/of greeting card/stationary design
Ability to lead team on smaller programs
