The incumbent will provide quality customer service and support to Wealth Management Custody clients on a daily basis, including complex problem resolution, account administration and foreign and domestic account transaction processing in a timely manner. S/he will perform complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security and cash transactions. The Sr. Personal Custody Specialist will be responsible for the timely processing of cash and trade input and corrections as well as investigating and correcting errors in customer accounts and statements. S/he will be responsible for coordination with external partners (investment managers, advisors, etc.) and internal support partners (Operations, Compliance and Tax, etc. ) to ensure accurate and timely custody administration. S/he will accurately open and update accounts as well as provide product knowledge and technical assistance. In partnership with Wealth Directors and Wealth Mangers, s/he will be responsible for identifying current and future fee business from their assigned book of relationships.
The incumbent will possess excellent communication, organizational and client service skills. High School diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably dealing with high net worth clients.
