Our Senior Leaders, Subject Matter Experts, and Operational Specialists have direct, on-the-ground expertise in planning and executing the most critical missions our country and business sectors have faced – with current operations ongoing in the Middle East, South Asia, Afghanistan, Europe, and Africa.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance is required.
Shall provide quality control (QC) reviews of all screening packets to include forms and written reports
Shall identify counterintelligence (CI)/force protection (FP) risks and mitigate when appropriate using Department of Defense (DoD) and Army guidance/standards
Shall mentor CI screeners on proper screening techniques
◦ Tasks include but are not limited to reviewing the entire screening packet to ensure completeness, thoroughness, and quality control; directing and/or conducting re-direct questioning when necessary; ensuring reports note all derogatory information and other information of interest; making determinations and recommendations on whether any derogatory information may be mitigated in accordance with the appropriate reference; participating in internal tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) refinement and policy review and enhancement; developing training materials and train screening functions to other personnel
ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph required
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of counterintelligence experience, at a minimum
Must possess 15 years of experience in intelligence or the law enforcement community with expansive security vetting and interviewing skills
Must possess expertise in intelligence operations, interviewing and screening databases
Must be proficient in writing and reviewing CI focused security reports and supporting documents
Must be familiar with Department of State (DoS) (VISA vetting operations), National Security Agency (NSA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), and other federal law enforcement agencies ' mission and intelligence products
Must know how to access and use common intelligence community networks (Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and the Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and as applicable FBI equivalent networks to coordinate the exchange of information by email and must be able to access and use specified databases
