The Technical Business Solutions Manager is responsible for working with other Business Solutions Managers, Business Partners, Architecture, Development, Technology Infrastructure and Vendor partners to enable strategically focused initiatives, as well as modernizing existing platforms. This will include, from a technology perspective, strategy planning; architectural designs; product reviews; solutions design; prototyping and recommendations for Human Resources business teams. Solutions will involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools.
Position is within Global HR Technology, supporting enterprise products and initiatives supporting Core Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Leadership Development, Global Mobility, Retirement, Employee Relations and Shared HR Services.
Principle working relationships:
Cross functional team contributor with matrix teams of employees and contractors (up to 20) with both horizontal and vertical LOB alignment. Team will consist of on, off and near shore people.
The role participates in the architecture, design, development and implementation of complex solutions, often using new technologies. The person will provide strategic direction, system architecture support and strategy for individual initiatives. The role must serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource, with the ability to interact directly with business, infrastructure, technology resources with minimal supervision.
Experience with solutions architecture in a large scale environment.
