The Access Management Services (AMS) function within Access Management Operations (AMO) is responsible for enabling simplification of our access processes, standardizing solutions and risk reduction across the enterprise, as well as collaborating with internal partners to encourage adoption of the bank’s cyber security standards by external stakeholders.
A System/Data Security Analyst, is an individual contributor responsible for providing operational and procedural support to provision and maintain access for employees across the Enterprise, including Windows, Mid-range, and Mainframe platforms. A risk-oriented perspective is required, along with the ability to support business processes and maintenance of Enterprise Access platforms.
These individuals use their analytical mindset and teamwork skills to support and improve the Access Service experience. They utilize their technical and business knowledge to support secure, risk-based practices, exercising judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.
We are responsible for protecting the firm by ensuring associates only get access that has gone through the appropriate approvals. Even if a request goes through total automation, a resource owner must approve that request prior to automation being initiated.
The Windows Access Services team provisions and de-provisions access requests for the Windows platform.
• The Windows platform encompasses multiple production and non-production Bank domains.
• Provisioned through various native systems, ActiveRoles Server (ARS), Access Solution Tools (DS Tools), and Identity IQ (IIQ) for requests received through Enterprise ARM.
• The Windows platform lays the foundation of employee access at the Bank, upon which application and platform-level entitlements are added.
