Key Responsibilities:
• Design Workday solutions as to help facilitate the optimization of VF’s Workday platform, with a focus on cross-work stream dependencies and impacts.
• Provide advanced level of support, which includes instruction and troubleshooting, to the global and regional Workday administration teams regarding configuration and transactions.
• Participate in knowledge transfer activities across the global and regional Workday administration teams.
• Participate in all phases of VF Corporation’s Workday optimization strategy; from design, through execution and support.
• Serve as an advisor for new release adoption and regression testing for the Compensation and Benefits functional areas.
• Participate in the Workday ecosystem to continue learning, sharing, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 3-5 years of Workday functional experience including:
• Core Compensation and at least one full-cycle, Advanced Compensation process
• Core Benefits and at least one full-cycle, Benefits Open Enrollment process
• Workday Compensation utilized across a large, complex, and global organization
• Experience with Workday Report Writer, custom reports, dashboards and worklets
• Must be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and capable of properly handling sensitive data with respect to international data privacy standards
• Highly developed problem solving and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with several related parties
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledgeable in Object Oriented concepts (understanding of HR, Payroll and Finance business processes and their interdependencies)
• Easily able to perform focused development tasks for long stretches of time
• Ability to work in an environment where deadlines are critical
