CUSTOMER RELATIONS CARE ADVISOR
Day to Day (what a typical day or week looks like in this role)
As a Customer Relations Care Advisor you will help our employees build strong and lasting relationships with our valuable consumers. Company is looking for a Care Advisor to establish and build on the foundation necessary for outstanding customer service, working directly with our Contact Center to ensure satisfied employees and consumers. What You Will Do
The Care Advisor will provide daily leadership to a team of 20+ members by infusing in each person a winning attitude for our customers. This position is responsible for directing and organizing the efforts of the team to insure all regional performance objectives are met in finding unique and creative customer solutions to attain customer and brand loyalty. In addition, the Care Advisor will support all regional directives with partnerships that contribute to the success of the individual, team, and customers. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to:
Provide strong supervisor support in staffing, people development, training, scheduling, Performance Management, coaching and counseling for team members.
Build excitement and enthusiasm throughout the team
Take a proactive approach in identifying and implementing customer loyalty opportunities that build and create exceptional customer satisfaction
Maintain a daily presence with the staff to ensure team engagement and productivity is promoted
Facilitate the contribution of ideas and business analysis required in support of the regional objectives and the customer-focused business model
Provide effective time management to business projects and staff to ensure all time-bound and quality objectives are met
Develop and train staff, bridging gaps in knowledge and performance
Assess team strengths and opportunities to internal and external work groups as required
Actively participate in all regional and cross-functional activities as needed to ensure all expectations are accurately delivered
Provide assistance to Operations Managers in developing long and short range planning objectives
What You Need To Succeed
College degree in business or related field preferred, but not required.
Proven supervisory/leadership skills with previous project assignments demonstrating attention to detail, decision-making and analytical skill are required
Understanding of the brand strategies and customer focused business model
Knowledge of sales and service organizations helpful
Must be compassionate to employees with the ability to handle performance concerns in a direct yet respectful manager
Ability to pinpoint performance improvement and implement employee solutions, build trust and confidence
Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of PC applications and existing systems
Knowledge of Contact Center operations helpful
Must be able to work a non-traditional work schedule in line with the hours of operation (8 a.m. - 8 p.m.)Monday through Friday
