The Role: To provide support to the Global Product Lifecycle Team and VP Global Product Lifecycle as well as the Higher Education Courseware Engineering, Computer Science & Global Editions team. This is a one-year term position.
Key Responsibilities:
Budget & Finance Management:
• Monthly reporting to team leaders and Finance
• Tracking of travel expenditure
• Monthly consolidation of Contractors days worked and invoices received
• Coding and processing of expense claims and invoices
Team Admin Support:
• Manage extension of contractor agreements
• Travel logistics for team members and contractors
• Management of team NEO sites including tracking and monthly reporting on statistics
• Manage team calendars
• Co-ordinate team annual leave
• Organise Sprint Cadence and co-ordinate team availability
• Management of contractor’s task backlog
• Work with key stakeholders across the business to co-ordinate meetings and workshops:
• Training workshops and events
• Annual PLC Team offsite and team events
• Key stakeholder meetings
• Regular team meetings
Planning & Reporting:
• Monitoring and reporting of success against KPI’s
• Assist with development of metrics, reports and dashboards to support PLC implementation
Support the VP in daily activities:
• Stakeholder management
• Travel logistics
• Expense consolidation
