The Screen Printing Coordinator will manage the screen print schedule and ensure the screen printers produce products using the highest quality standards.

Prior print process experience desired
Manage production schedule
Schedule outflow to different locations across the U.S.
Capable of following and understanding workflow processes
Manage daily workflow, tracking back orders and urgent orders that may arise.
Work with the Manager to help develop processes that eliminate errors
Communication across various departments, both internal and external customers Coordinate ordering supplies
Work seamlessly with shipping, sales, customer service and art department
Maintain quality control
High School diploma or GED equivalent - technical training a plus
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Flexibility to work overtime to meet business needs
Problem solve with attention to detail and accuracy
Adherence to health and safety regulations
