Chase Private ClientStrategy & Development Manager – National Sales & Support Strategy
As part of the National Sales & Support Strategy team, the Chase Private Client Strategy & Development Manager will be responsible for working with key internal stakeholders to define the overall strategy for engaging and deepening relationships with affluent clients.
Furthermore, this role will drive and support the defined client engagement and field operating model by producing actionable tools and training, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the client/banker experience, and ensuring clarity and consistent focus on key priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
Define desired client branch experience and supporting field model (e.g., role of Private Client Banker / Private Client Advisor, desired behaviors, pain points)
Design content to drive desired banker behaviors (e.g., playbooks, communications)
o Engage subject matter experts and leaders across Consumer Banking/CCB to source content (behaviors, best practices, tips, product/program details)
o Ensure initiatives properly integrate the relationship management behaviors and keep the client experience at the forefront
Overhaul training for Private Client Bankers
Manage overall CPC communications strategy in partnership with Branch Communications (e.g., weekly PCB/PCA calls)
Enhance Private Client Banker support and entitlements
Inform strategy and requirements of digital tools for Private Client Bankers
Manage delivery to the field – working with Branch Communications and CCB Learning partners to leverage appropriate communication and training vehicles/channels
Desired Background & Training:
5+ years in financial services; firsthand sales and/or management experience with an affluent client base strongly preferred.
Experience in strategy, project management, communications & overall business management also preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) required.
§ Bachelor’s degree required.
§ Organizational and project management skill; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent deadlines. Must be able to demonstrate speed, flexibility and the ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
§ Leadership and relationship-building skills required to work with senior executives, the field salesforce and subject matter experts.
§ Strategic thinking and planning skills coupled with ability to execute projects with diligence and urgency.
Ability to influence project teams in order to produce clear, well-designed, engaging banker tools and training – with the skills to adjust style/content for a variety of audiences, from executives to customer-facing employees.
