The Sales Operations Program Manager for the Americas Field Enablement team is responsible for project managing a number of programs focused on streamlining sales processes and operational excellence. In addition, the PM will work closely with the Americas Area Business Manager to assist the Sales Leaders and Teams throughout the sales process, and coordinate efforts of the extended team, to maximize revenue in the Americas. Acting as part of a cross-functional team including Sales, Global and Geo Sales Operations, and Finance, the PM will be instrumental in the coordination of sales and support team initiatives. This position provides the opportunity to contribute to the effectiveness and success of the Sales organization and Americas Field Enablement.
Program Managers define, manage and track program schedules and milestones for programs within a defined project scope and drive operational efficiencies. This Field Enablement PM position may include some of the following responsibilities:
Support and drive field sales training and new hire training needs
Installed Base and IB Initiatives
Promotions and programs initiated by Corporate of the GEO
Partner in managing content for the Americas Sales Enablement Center Site (ASEC)
Order Fulfillment - Ensure critical customer orders are managed and escalated for visibility and Company’s quarter-end.
Recommend and implement process improvements.
Analyze and report weekly, monthly and quarterly key performance indicators:
◦ Pipeline management
◦ Bookings, Discount and GM
◦ Revenue forecasting, SAP and Tableau reporting
Drive the adoption of new sales tools, including a SharePoint site and automated systems; maintain and utilize current automated systems.
Communicate with sales teams and key stakeholders to share best practices and ensure standardization across geographic regions.

• Creative approach to problem solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote. Experience with SAP / eBi and Oracle is a plus, but not required. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience is a plus.
Responsibility and Interaction:
o This position is responsible for managing multiple tasks and groups within a function.
o The focus of this role is on project management and sales support.
o The potential impact of decisions made by this individual will be mostly operational.
o The tasks this individual is responsible for are often non-routine and unstructured, requiring creative solutions.
o This individual must work effectively with Staff to Vice President level employees within the function, and the technical team on assigned projects. There may be communication with employees in other functions as required.
o The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and have strong communication skills.
o To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through coaching and influencing others.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
