What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you will partner with sales leaders, regional sales operations teams, business operations and other groups to align business and financial goals.
You will be responsible for the monthly forecast processes and they need meaningful improvement. The partner forecast needs to be re-imagined and modified to align with Enterprise sales out process vs. the historical consumer sales in perspective.
We also need to build a better output for monthly sales forecast, by redesigning the inputs and supporting with statistical models.
You will lead a weekly sales-commit process to measure/report on quarterly achievement to sales targets and forecast accuracy.
Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations and to improve sales performance and ensure that risks, opportunities, and business drivers are understood and highlighted.
Collaborate with finance, sales, bus dev, and bus ops to drive alignment, consistency, and automation.
Continuous identification of opportunities for process improvement. Assist sales management in understanding and resolving process bottlenecks and inconsistencies towards operational excellence.
Perform ongoing and ad hoc reporting and support to sales leadership and internal business partners.
What we need to see:
10+ years experience in business operations, forecasting, sales process, sales finance and/or analytics and business analysis experience with record of strong achievement
BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
Ability to prioritize business needs, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and data visualization tools
Willingness and ability to adapt to rapid business changes
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
