Job Description:The Sales Director of Canada will drive growth through partnerships with leaders and events and trainings. They will provide leadership, strategy, sales management, customer satisfaction and customer retention within Canada. They have direct responsibility to create and execute a sales/training/events strategy to support and accelerate the growth of Canada. They have direct responsibility to develop a team of professionals to assist in training and partnering with leaders at small events, day long trainings, regional events, etc. Research and recommend new targeted markets within Canada. Create and maintain excellent working relationships with existing leaders as well as identifying emerging leaders. Identify new tools and strategies designed to help accelerate growth of leaders’ organizations. The Canada Sales Director is responsible for content in all Canada-related events. The Canada Sales Director also provides specialized training and communication to leaders within Canada. It is imperative that this individual work directly with internal partners to communicate and generate awareness of channel trends that may impact sales and product success. The Canada Sales director will spend as much as 2 weeks out of the month traveling in Canada.
Build strong, high level relationships with consultants and partners alike to ensure the efficient execution of Canada growth objectives.
Develop a team of sales/training professionals to support events, communications, and trainings throughout Canada.
Coach, lead and develop field leadership with existing, new and potentially new consultants.
Leads the development and implementation of successful solution-based sales strategies.
Influence, motivate, communicate and generate results through others. Counsel top Wellness Advocates on market issues and events.
Ensures that all key strategies are executed as designed. Articulates and aligns strategic plans and ensure that they are implemented effectively.
Excellent presentation skills
Desired Skills & Experience:
5+ years management experience and proven track record in sales management, leadership, and relationship building
Must live in the greater Utah or Salt Lake County areas
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills including making compelling presentations
Ability to work in a regulated environment
Strategic planning and organizational skills
High levels of sales proficiency and industry specific experience
Ability to present to groups from 100 – 8,000
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
