Description
The Sales Audit Coordinator will ensure accurate billing for processed charges received from stores. Tracking and appropriately applying and processing payments received. Some general duties of this position include assisting with chargeback retrievals.
Primary Accountabilities
70% Organizing, processing, billing and reconciling house accounts.
15% Respond in a timely manner to all chargeback request. Reconcile Returned check payments.
15% Assist Sales audit supervisor with work papers for AR and Returned checks

• Computer skills: Must use computer database and spreadsheet applications to create computer-generated reports and enter data.
• Communication: Must use verbal and listening skills to answer questions and investigate discrepancies.
• Math: Must apply basic arithmetic concepts including basic operations
• Problem Solving: Must identify discrepancies; gather appropriate information; determine causes; and arrive at effective resolutions.
